		<description>I agree M Reynolds, these are indeed strange days.  It is really hard to say exactly how bad things will get here in GJ, all we can do really is wait and see how our local RE situation will turn out.  
Currently unemployment in GJ is at its highest level in years and that is sure to have a negative effect on our local housing market.
